Gallop on through the clouds white horse,
May you ride on with no stubborn force.
May your dark brown eyes
Protect me as you watch from the skies
And deliver your love and grace upon me
So I can feel your spirit carry me free.
Oh blessed grey equine!
Might I say you are very divine?
Gallop through my mind,
Gelding so kind.
Let me ride you one last time;
Even if it cost me every last dime!
Let me climb on your back,
And carry me away without any tack.

This is a poem about a horse named Twirp (Seahorse Shekar) that I loved very much. I miss him a lot and he died in the sixth grade. He was kind of stubborn but I loved him more than life. This how I think of him--and not a day goes by that I don't think about him.
